Personal Statement

As a left-handed offensive-minded defenseman with a passion for the game and a relentless drive to succeed, I am thrilled to showcase my skills and dedication on this recruitment platform.

My journey in hockey has been marked by determination and hard work. During my first year at the Junior A level with the Spokane Braves, I had the honor of being the top scoring defenseman for the team. Despite being a rookie, I managed to secure 8th in points for the league among rookie defensemen—a testament to my commitment and ability to perform under pressure.

What sets me apart as a player is my hockey IQ combined with my offensive mindset. I have a keen understanding of the game's nuances, allowing me to anticipate plays and make strategic decisions on the ice. Whether it's quarterbacking the power play, jumping into the rush, or making a crucial defensive play, I thrive in high-pressure situations and consistently strive to elevate my performance.

Off the ice, I am dedicated to continuous improvement, both physically and mentally. I understand the importance of discipline, teamwork, and resilience, and I am committed to embodying these qualities both on and off the ice.

I am excited about the prospect of contributing to a team that shares my passion for hockey and values hard work and dedication. I am eager to take the next step in my career and am confident that my skills, work ethic, and hockey IQ make me an asset to any organization.
