I was in the third grade when I saw my first lacrosse game on ESPN. Playing basketball and football at the time, I never realized the impact lacrosse would have on me until I picked up my friends stick and started to throw a ball around. Three years later, I was in love with the sport and dreamed of playing at the collegiate level.
I am a player that is immersed in the game. My focus as a player is to create opportunities for my team mates, hustle, and win. I have developed both right and left hand stick skills and an aggressive all around offensive game. Off ball movement, field vision and finishing are just some of my primary areas of focus. As an attackman, I know riding the clear hard and fighting for every ground ball creates goals. I love helping new players learn their positions, answer questions about the game and help them become better players/people. Whatever I do, I am going to give it my all. I take that mentality into all other areas of my life, especially academics. I am a student-athlete, not an athlete-student. Earning a higher education has always been my top priority. Being great in the class room is just as important to me as being great on the field. Another passion of mine is coaching. I help out whenever possible at the seventh and eighth grade youth practices for our lacrosse club. I also help coach a sixth and seventh grade boys basketball team through the Boys and Girls Club of Arkansas.
College lacrosse is a life changer. It is an opportunity to build strong leadership skills, lifelong friendships, and character. I am ready to take on the challenge of earning a position with a top program and contributing to their success.
