Hello,
I'm Weston Bartgis and I'm entering my junior year at Granite Hills High School in El Cajon California. I have a great passion for playing lacrosse. I started to play lacrosse in middle school and quickly picked up game knowledge and the skills to play midfielder and attack.
I would love to play college lacrosse and ideally go on to play professional lacrosse. I play X attack on our high school varsity team as well as club and travel teams. I'm a leader on the field and off. During the summer I helped coach the middle school division of the East County Rebels Lacrosse team. I have many young players who look up to me and ask for advice with their stick skills and field play.
I've attended several summer camps and clinics over the past 6 years. I've attended some of the following camps multiple times/years:
I enjoy school and currently have a 3.75 GPA. I'd like to study sports medicine in college and will be pursuing a career that will keep me involved in lacrosse.
My other interests are fishing, motocross (I raced motorcycles from age 5 to 12 and then football and lacrosse took over my life), football and lacrosse, lacrosse, lacrosse.
