I am a dedicated lacrosse player who has a serious love and passion for the sport. Obviously, playing lacrosse at a high collegiate level is a goal and ambition of mine. However, that goal isn’t the only reason I play lacrosse. I truly enjoy the sport and playing it puts a smile on my face. My love of the sport makes it easier for me to push myself to work hard every day on my game. My everyday goal is to get better. I am a team player and will do whatever it takes to make sure my team is successful. Team success is more important to me than my own. Whether it’s having a stellar assist, scoring a key goal, or just playing lock-down defense, if my play helps my team win I have achieved my goal for that game.
I also am looking for a lacrosse program that will blend well with my academic pursuits. I am a very motivated student who is looking for a strong academic environment that will push me in the classroom as much as the lacrosse program pushes me on the field. The perfect school will provide me with the balance to prepare me for future endeavors both on and off the lacrosse field.
