May 2018: Just finished my junior year. We were district champs for the seventh season in a row, and were regional champs. Made it to the Sweet-16 in Florida. Hope you enjoy my highlight video.
December 2017: Preparing for my junior year season, starting January 2018. Excited to begin the season.
July 2017: I have spent much of my summer traveling with family on some extended trips, so I have not played much lacrosse. I was on the Landsharks, but the second of our two tournaments last month was cancelled due to heavy rains in South Florida. And during the first tournament, I was with my family in Montana. I was also invited to participate in the Brine All-America Classic event in July, but I passed as I wanted to spend more time with my family and my sister, who is going off to college in a few weeks. I have actually enjoyed having some time off this summer, as I think it is important to take some time off from it sometimes. Will be back on the Landsharks this Fall.
April 2017 Update: I started all year as a sophomore on the varsity team, one of only two underclassmen starters on the team. The team won its sixth straight district title in 2017. I will be on the Landsharks club team again this summer. Will also be trying out for the Brine All-America Classic again, hoping to make it onto Team Florida for a second year in a row.
2016 Update: I have played lacrosse since grade school, and in 2016 I began my freshman season on the JV and was moved to varsity late in the season. The team finished in the Sweet-16 of the state playoffs. Recently, I was selected to the Brine All-America Classic Florida team, to play at the Brine Classic national tournament in Richmond, VA, in July 2016 (here are my highlights from that tournament - https://youtu.be/XOCpJJkDwNY). I was also invited to play on Team FCLC's (Jacksonville) team in the Philadelphia Invitational July 16-17, 2016 (video highlights: https://youtu.be/cthPYPk1AcU).
I have also played football since second grade, playing linebacker and kicker each year. During my most recent football season, as a freshman, I was named Defensive MVP of the JV team. I am proud of my durability, as I have never missed a game in any sport since I began playing team sports in grade school. I am very interested in playing lacrosse in college.
