I want to play at the highest level possible. I want to play for a strong lacrosse program with good coaching. I feel I have a lot of upside in my game. I continue to work to get better and know I am going to gain in size and strength. I have a well rounded game and with some more size will be a greater weapon in the future. I can play midfielder or attack. I can use either hand and my shot is strong from both sides. I am passionate about my sport and will do whatever it takes to become the best player possible. I think my field vision is excellent making me a strong feeder. I am unselfish, but willing and not afraid to take the shot when it is available. As a Sophomore I led my high school team in goals and assists, my role now is that of a leader as I was one of the three players to be named Captain. This is usually given to Seniors, but I was happy to get that honor as a Junior. In my Junior year I tried to help make our team better by doing the things that are best for the team and not just for me and my statistics. I play best against the top teams for Club or High School.
Academically, I am a good student right at a 3.5. I understand how important academics are and wish to go to a school that not only lets me play lacrosse but can provide a great education. I am interested in a possible business degree with a concentration in marketing.
I think having me on a team will make other players better. Playing with more skilled players and for good coaches will make me a better player. I decided in eighth grade to give up baseball (pitcher and shortstop) to concentrate on lacrosse and I have never looked back.
