- I have spent most of my life playing sports. I am an athletic guy, so most sports have come easy to me. When I was 9 years old and in the 4th grade, I first heard about the sport of lacrosse. Some friends told my parents that there was an open spot on the local team, so I tried out. I immediately quit baseball and decided lacrosse was the sport for me.
- Through playing lacrosse, I have learned that there are always ups and downs in life (just as there are in the game of lacrosse), but things can always get better. Just like I can always improve at my sport. I have always been strong academically and I want to go to a college that will challenge me on the lacrosse field and in the classroom. I've sometimes been seen as an underdog and I've had to fight to prove myself and my abilities. I think my strongest skills playing lacrosse are being able to see the field and make plays happen when nobody else sees what I see. Also, I persevere and push forward when the odds are stacked against me. Beyond everything else, I'm a Christian and carry my desire to serve Christ and serve others in everything that I do!
