Hi, my name is Malcolm Callahan. I am currently 16 years old. I attend Normal Community West High school. I will be graduating spring of 2017. I play lacrosse for our club team Bloomington Normal Warriors. I am a starter on midfield. I am a team leader and I always push myself to be the hardest worker on the field from practices to games, also off the field from conditioning and the weight room. In the classroom I push myself to get the best grades I can. I also play lacrosse for Titans Elite, this is my summer team. We represent central Illinois lacrosse. Playing with this team and going to the tournaments is competitive and teaches me valuable new skills. My hopes and goals are to play lacrosse in collage and everyday I am working on my skills to do so.
I play a key role in Normal Community West football, I start middle linebacker and I am team captain for 2014 season. I lead by example and I influence other players to do their best. The summer lifting and conditioning for football in the mornings keeps me in shape for the lacrosse season.
Although I have not decided on the exact career path for myself, I would really like to be a high school Business teacher.
