Personal Statement

2015 Patriot League Lacrosse All Stars - 2015 Lacrosse Captain Plymouth North High School

In, 2010 I was accepted into the Engineering Technology Program at Plymouth North High School with currently four years of engineering technology education.  My class room studies have been about research and projects in civil  and mechanical engineering areas. The last four years have been incredible and I owe it all to my teachers, the engineering program and especially the Eagles lacrosse team.  My mission is to receive a college degree in the Civil Services arena.  I have a strong natural desire to help people who are in difficult situations.  My aim is to become a Firefighter responding to emergency situations and protecting people from all types of life experience within the environment. The subject matters I'm studying now are Firefighting and Engineering Protective Services. In addition, I just became apart of the Boston Brewster Ambulance team in saving lives.

I've played lacrosse for much of my life - and look forward to each game. The game for me is being a team player with competitive lacrosse skills. My teammates describe me as team leader while playing defense and offensive positions.  I would make an excellent team player based upon playing for over eleven years, Patriot All Stars, history of being  team captain, being responsible for strategy and teamwork while the game is in progress on the field.  We need to Honor our Coach's and respect all teammates as well as opposing players and their staff.

My character has the ability to inspire and motivate team, handle conflicts on the field when a team is under pressure, helping in planning the team’s strategies, ability to handle problems in a positive manner, behave professionally and responsibility, knowledge of the rules of the game and being a true unselfish leader.  My athletic difference is during a lacrosse game when the action is very fast to others in the game; it slows down for me within my mind and connecting with my team players moving intelligently. Chosen this year as an Patriot All Star Lacrosse player and being the leader scorer on my team for the last two years.

Sincerely,
Noah James Cully
