Owen Hopkins '18 Recruiting Profile

Ever since picking up a lacrosse stick I was hooked on the game. My passion for the game has enabled me to excel at every level of play. From my first team with Bethesda Lacrosse, to my club team and now in high school, I have dedicated myself to improving my game and becoming the best player and leader I can be, both on and off the field. I bring these same attributes to the classroom. I have a strong desire to excel both athletically and academically and am willing to put in the hard work to achieve the results I expect from myself and the goals that I have set.  I am a strong leader and captain of my team. I actively mentor younger players and work with the coaches to improve the team and contribute to team success. I want to bring these same attributes to the collegiate level and look forward to competing at the highest level possible.
