I have loved lacrosse since the day I stepped onto the field for the first time as an 8-year-old kid. Every time I play lacrosse it feels like home. Creativity is one thing that sets lacrosse apart from other sports. Every player brings something different to the game, and I love being able to play with teammates with different interpretations and strengths. As a starting freshman attackman last year, I was able to improve my game with the help of highly-skilled teammates, playing highly competitive teams from all over the country.
Last summer my family moved from Poway, California to Rockford, Michigan. I am starting my sophomore year with new coaches, club teams and a new high school team and believe that my lacrosse skills and academic performance will help me find the college that is right for me. My goal is to major in business or economics while playing lacrosse in college. This is a year-round effort; I challenge myself with honors and AP classes, work on my stick skills and close shooting with my winter box team, play high-level summer club tournaments, and improve my athletic IQ as a multi-sport athlete. I am a coachable leader with a strong work ethic and I am driven to achieve my goals.
