Personal Statement
Growing up in Minnesota, especially in Eden Prairie, I have had to work for everything I have earned. It is very difficult to be successful in as competitive of an environment as Eden Prairie, one of the most prolific lacrosse programs in the state. The Eden Prairie program is known to produce skill. However, in my case, it has produced heart. In addition to producing heart, Eden Prairie Lacrosse has taught me to be mentally strong and mentally in control of all aspects of my game. I think the mental aspect of my game is the best characteristic of me as a player.
As far as goals I have for my future education and athletic career, I am very open. I would like to find a place where I will be a good fit both as a student and as an athlete, and I am open to all ideas about how that might be accomplished. I am greatly looking forward to advancing my education as well as making myself and my teammates successful for your program.
