Well let me start by telling you I am the youngest of 3 kids in my family, both my older sibling have attended college. My oldest sibling Chris played ice hockey for 18 years including college. I have seen first hand what it took for both my brother and sister to make it through college and play sports while juggling studyies and social life. I started tourning colleges with my siblings as young as 5 years old. Going to college has been something I have thought about since. What it will take? How to juggle every aspect of it? I have learned watching my older siblings struggle and succeed. I know how to listen to my coaches, I know how to make the corrections given. I know how to be the athelete a coach can coach. I am quiet but I am always listening. I push myself to acheive higher and higher goals I set for myself. My team mates and I have always gotten along because as the youngest Ive learned to adapt to many different situations. I have traveled with my brother while he played ice hockey since I was born. I have learned how to focus when needed to complete tasks watching my sister get her teaching degree and juggle sorority life. I also work summers for my families construction business, I work hard till the job is done. I know what it will take to be a student and an athlete and I am determined to succeed!
