When I think about college, I would like to play at a school that is very selective and competitive academically. Coaches, I believe that my work ethic and character off the field separates me from other potential recruits. I have spent countless nights up late studying in order to make sure that I do my very best in the classroom. I never fail to challenge myself as well, as I am scheduled to take three AP and two honors courses in the fall, along with playing varsity football, varsity lacrosse, and club lacrosse year round. I've started both ways, as a linebacker and receiver, on the varsity football team since the end of my sophomore year, and I've started as a midfielder since day 1 of my freshman year, leading the team in assists as a sophomore. I know that I might not be the flashiest or most noticeable player on the field, but I also know that I can be a good fit for any program because I am willing to do the things that other people may not be. I'm willing to take the wings on face-offs and play d-middy while sacrificing my offensive opportunities. I'm willing to make the extra pass to the open man, even if it means I give up a shot of my own. I am willing to sacrifice my own points and my own glory for the betterment of the team.
