I am a sophomore attending the high school of Clinton-Massie. I look forward to college after high school so that I can continue to play and improve at the great sport of lacrosse. I am also looking to advance my education to a college level and study the majors of business and sociology. I started playing lacrosse in the 6th grade when my brother and cousin introduced me to the sport. At the time I was not able to participate in games due to my age but the coach allowed me to participate in practice and run drills with the team and when games came around I was there on the side line to cheer them on! So, because of the hard work I put in before I actually became part of the team I feel it has helped me become a much better player not just to myself but helping the team improve as a whole. Thanks to my early introduction into lacrosse I have became a very good, talented, and resourceful player which has allowed me to become a starter along side my teammates as a freshman. In lacrosse I have racked up numerous goals and brought assist by the numbers. I feel my greatest skills in lacrosse are being a team player, great communication, and shooting with great accuracy. I take academics and athletics very seriously and work hard to keep a high GPA and work hard at lacrosse every chance I get in the season or during the off-season.
Lacrosse has put a great influence on my life and has made me a better person. I have met many new people and know what its like to care about a team. I value my teammates and value the sport. As a player I feel lacrosse is the best sport out there and I definitely don't want lacrosse to end or an education to end after high school, so I look forward to taking my life to the next level, a collegiate level. I am a player who is willing to work as hard as necessary and to push himself as hard as needed to improve. If I find a way to improve then I will find a way to do it. I believe if there's a way there's a will. Lacrosse is something I look forward to every year and I know I will continue to feel this way; This is why after high school I still want that feeling to look forward to playing the sport and college is the best choice for me!
