Personal Statement
Hello,
I have been playing lacrosse for 6 years and will be continuing onto my 7th year at Spring-Ford Area High-school. In school and out of school I am a well respected man and strive to maintain my 3.95-4.00 GPA. As well as lacrosse, I am also a center on the Spring-Ford Varsity football team. This shows that I love to be athletically involved with my school.
During the winter, I work on my strength and speed to prepare myself for the upcoming Lacrosse season which transfers to the field. Some of my key personal records are bench press (250lbs), squat (365lbs), and power clean (225lbs). These personal records make me one of the strongest lacrosse players on my team according to my Schwartz formula. On the field, I run a 5.0 40-yard dash.
My stick skills are excellent on the field which makes me a key player in getting the ball taken away and transferred to the other half of the field. During my freshman year, I was a starter on the Junior Varsity team. During my sophomore year, I was a double roster between Junior Varsity and Varsity as well as being a captain for the Junior Varsity team. All of these aspects make me a perfect player for any college.
As one would already know, I am looking to play lacrosse at any level in college. I strive to keep my GPA high, but also to be a key player on any lacrosse team. I look for a very academically challenging environment that has many clubs and an overall energetic atmosphere.
