My name is Turner Wilferth, and my life long dream is to play D1 lacrosse. This has been my dream since I was in fourth grade watching collegiate highlight reels and thinking to myself, "I want to play like them." I am a good candidate for your team because I have a good work ethic, very good grades (Honors Chemistry, numerous IB courses, etc.), and I am committed to lacrosse. I play for a relatively new high school team (Division 2) in the Chattanooga area. This year, our team ended the season #4 in the state. Since then, I was named ITD (All State) midfielder. I am attending select showcases this summer and playing for Scenic City Lacrosse (instead of LB3 Elite).
I promise to work hard for you everyday and put in extra time after practice. I am also certified to referee, something that helps my lacrosse IQ. I am a very coachable young man and want to set examples for those younger than me, not only in skill and ability but in attitude and love for the game. Working hard is naturally something I strive for, not only on the field but in the classroom as well.
