- Sessions coached by Utah D1 Coaches, Brian Holman, Adam Ghitelman, Will Manny, Marcus Holman, Tim McDermott, PLL player, Kyle Hartzell, former/current high-level college players and coaches. Adam Ghitelman is Mighty Ducks Director and in charge of all practices along with Tim McDermott. 17 hours of Training: 7 on-field sessions, (2) hours each of intensive training featuring specific position-based offensive and defensive skill development, IQ development, speed and agility training, The Art of 6v6 and small-sided free play. (2) hours of film breakdown sessions courtesy of Laxfilmstudy.com (1) hour of Leadership Academy session focused on mental performance and leadership development

- Elite Level Field Lacrosse Training: Offered by Professional Lacrosse League (PLL) Players/Summit Directors Will Manny, Adam Ghitelman, Tim McDermott, added Pro-players and selected coaching staff. Purpose: To prepare players for future success and be ready for the spring season. Two-4 week Sessions managed differently each week. Train specifically on individual skill sets related to player position. Other sessions will focus on team and transitional drills for players to continue to develop IQ. Drills include focus, preparation, footwork, live play and mental and physical conditioning.
