Jack Hamer '12 Recruiting Profile

My name is Jack Hamer and i'm a seventeen year old rising senior at Blue Ridge School. My dream is to play college lacrosse and I am willing to do whatever it takes to make that happen. I will be the only 4 year starter for the Varsity this year. In fact, I will be the only player who has been on the Varsity the past 4 years. This summer, I attended Top 205, TopStar, and Peak 200. I also worked 1-on-1 with Matt Lovejoy, a starter for UVa 's Defense. In addition to skills, we concentrated heavily on footwork and developing "explosive" strength.  As a 9th grader, I got the Most Improved award for the varsity. My coach told the team I was the hardest worker on the team. I continue to push to improve. Lacrosse and Fitness Training are my two passions.
