Personal Statement
I am a military kid who has lived and traveled throughout Europe and I am adaptable to new situations and learn quickly. Consistent feedback from my coaches during my athletic development is that I am very “coachable”. Due to my size and experience as a varsity football player, I play physical and fast, often using my body to push through and take a shot. I have started on the Annandale High School varsity team for 2 years, was the leading points scorer in goals and assists and was named 2nd Team All-Conference in the 6A Patriot Division as a Sophomore. This year I was chosen by my peers and coaches as a team Captain. I am looking for a school who can provide a balance between athletic competition and academic achievement. My focus in college will be as a business major and I will determine my specialty after experiencing college life and what classes interest me the most. I believe I have the skills to impact a team immediately but I am also willing to work hard and learn more skills to make me a better fit for the team.
