I have about 5 years of lacrosse experience including my school and club teams. When I started playing in the fifth grade, I knew I wanted to play lacrosse throughout high school and college. I was a three-sport athlete in middle school and I am now a two-sport athlete in high school. Lacrosse has been my main and favorite sport ever since I started playing. I definitely would like to play lacrosse in a competitive environment in college on the Division 1 or Division 2 level.
I have always been one of the top in my class athletically. I am a very well rounded player and I can play where needed in the attack and midfield positions. As far as my stick skills, I am capable to use both my left and right hands anywhere on the field when shooting, passing, and scooping ground balls. I workout and practice lacrosse all year in order to improve my stick skills, strength, speed and agility.
Academically, my grade point average has always stayed at a 3.0 or higher, and the curriculum at my school is both very challenging and demanding. I have always been able to balance my school work and sports because of my strong work ethic and time management skills. I believe that I will be able to do the same in any college I attend.
