- I have had the opportunity to work with Matt this past year while training his full high school lacrosse team. I have trained many athletes over the years, but few I would consider the “thermostat” for the team. Matt is that type of competitor. Matt sets the temperature for the group session. Matt is the leader and does this not only through words but more importantly, through his work. He is the athlete who makes us all better coaches. His desire to not only be his best, but to pull up his teammates is apparent the first time you work with him. Matt would be a tremendous addition to any college he attends. - Jason Elkins
