Personal Statement
I've loved lacrosse since the first time I played in third grade and it's become a passion. My dream is to play college lacrosse and I've been working hard every single day to reach that goal.
After college I want to go on to medical school to become a neurosurgeon. I knew I wanted to be a surgeon since kindergarten but after my uncle died from brain cancer I decided I wanted specialize in neurosurgery and help other people like him.
I'm lucky because I get to play lacrosse for some of the best coaches there are like Lewis Ratcliff (Vancouver Stealth pro player), Scott Kelly (played for U of Maryland) and Mark Funkhouser (played for WSU). These coaches inspire and push me to be an elite player and I won't let them or myself down.
I am dedicated, coachable and a hard worker.
“You gotta be hungry for it. You’ve got to put everything you got on it. Everything! Every second. You have to be the first one in line. That’s how leaders are born.” – Ray Lewis
