Lacrosse has been apart of my life for as long as I can remember. I have been a student of the game for a very long time. My father coached the West Virginia University men's lacrosse team, and that is what ignited my love for the game. Lacrosse is not a hotbed or known sport in the state of West Virginia. That is why it is each athlete's duty in growing the game. I participate in local sessions of soft lacrosse for children in K-4 to spread the growth of the sport at the youth level. As a freshman in high school, I was the only student in my freshman class to make my school's varsity program. I eventually worked my way up to a starting position and took a large majority of face-offs. I am a very grounded kid, as I maintain a 3.6GPA with honors/AP courses. It has been a dream of mine to play collegiate lacrosse for a very long time.
