Personal Statement

I would like to continue my education while playing the game of soccer. I would like to glorify God by using the talents He gave me - academically and athletically. What makes me a good candidate for their team is my willingness to work harder and that I look out for my teammates because they are a part of who I am and a part of my family.  I have grown up or matured a lot recently. I used to throw elbows and try to hit people but then I realized that I played better soccer when I was calm, smart,  methodical, yet still aggressive and physical and not looking just to hit people.  Athletically, when I train as a keeper I always push myself to do better and rise to the level of expectations that my coaches ask of me. My favorite saying is the dirtier the shirt is after a keeper session the harder they worked. Academically speaking, my favorite subjects are math and science, I also enjoy literature.
