I believe that effort is the path to excellence. As long as you put effort into anything you do, you are bound to achieve it. A quote I always think of is "Hard work beats talent when talent fails to work hard". The effort that I strive to put in on the game field, during practices, or off the field puts me far above my peers, in the sense that I push to keep going when many others stop. Off the field, in my academics, I always put effort into everything I do. It is very important to me to keep my grades up, because getting a good education for the future is one of my top priorities.
