Jesus Velasquez-Greer '15 Recruiting Profile

I was born and raised in the small rural town of Cazadero on a farm. My mother received degrees in Spanish, English and Art. My father was born in Mexico and did not receive an education. Ive played soccer competitively since I was nine years old. In those eight years of soccer I have played every position from Goalie to Striker. I played striker for my club team Atletico Santa Rosa Santos where we were ranked #6 in the nation for U18 Boys. I also do very well in the left or right midfield position. I played and started at Pacific University of Oregon for a year as an outside midfielder. I am currently attending SRJC where I am playing as an outside midfielder also. I am a good team player, easy to work with and quick to learn the game of others.. I strive to push myself every time I step on the field or into a classroom. I respect the game, my teammates and my coaches.
