Personal Statement

My name is Will Jackson and I am in the Class of 2019. 

My primary position is forward (right/left/center), but I can also play the attacking midfielder role.  I lead my High School (Head Royce in Oakland) varsity team to it's first ever North Coast Sectional title! Currently my team is ranked #1 in California and #4 in the nation by MaxPreps. This season I scored 27 goals and had 16 assists- which lead the team and the league in both categories.  I was voted the BCL East Conference Player of the Year and 1st Team All-Conference.  My club team (AFC Academy) won it's league where I was also among the team leaders in goals and assists. 

I am also proud to report that I was selected to the CalNorth ODP Travel team, and started all of our games while playing in Arizona.  Finally, I was selected by the West Region ODP Coaching Staff to attend the ODP West Region camp in Idaho this summer.
