Playing soccer has always been a passion of mine especially as I have gotten older. My dedication to the sports is constant. I have played both soccer and baseball all four years of high school. What this meant, practice after school for baseball then coming home to change. Eating a quick dinner and then heading right off to soccer practice until nine in the evening, then homework and bed. Even though my time was limited because of the two sports I would not change it at all. I truly enjoy being this busy with sports. It allows me to be in a place I can really connect with my feelings. It allows me to get out my frustrations and take a step away from all the pressures this last senior year has put on us all. This last year I have surprised myself by all the growth I didn't know I had. Besides being able to stay healthy I was able to break many records for both our school and the league as well. The highlight of all of this was being voted All League MVP. It was such honor to have all the coaches choose me to represent all athletes that work tremendously hard.
Being on the field with my teammates is where I like to be, it is my comfort zone and I truly hope to pursue it on the collegiate level. I plan to get a degree in Sports Management. With this degree I truly feel that I can follow my passion of sports and find a way to earn a living doing so.
