Personal Statement
When I was a kid I always wanted to move on to the next level, and now since I'm in high school and was a starter on the JV soccer team, I wanted to move on to the next level. Then the end of our JV season I was asked to play for the Varsity soccer team in the Playoffs. But this 2014 season and hopefully the rest of High School I made the varsity team as a sophomore. Now its time to start finding colleges that I can continue to play soccer for.
I really think what makes me different is my leadership on the field, if my team is out on a rough start I try to either motivate them or try to make things happen on the field. The other thing is that my mindset is set to "never give up" when I'm on the field. No matter who the player is or the team I wont let them beat me until I go down. So if that player thinks it's going to be a stroll in the park its going to be a long day for him.
My connections with my teachers is very important to me, especially when it comes to my grades. This I take very seriously! I try my hardest in school so I can be on the field. So if going in early or staying after school to talk to a teacher about grades, or if I have questions I will do that, and if that teachers not there I will email them to be on track.
This is why I think I'm a good candidate for any team or school I attend.
