My name is Christian Amaral and I have been playing soccer for as long as I can remember. I grew up with a ball at my feet and fell in love with the game at a very young age. I’ve been working extremely hard to accomplish my goals, the next one being is to play college soccer, I want to play at the highest level possible. However, I understand that college soccer isn’t just soccer, it is also about performing in the classroom and receiving good grades while challenging yourself. In the classroom, I work and study very hard to maintain good grades while taking challenging courses.
On the pitch, I’m a box to box midfielder with great work ethic. I’m very good on the ball and confident with it and I have great distribution skills when passing the ball. Also, I have a good strike from distance and can shoot from deep. I’m aggressive and not afraid to stick in a tackle. Along with all this, I am a leader on the field, I lead by example and I also lead through commands and instructions that I give my teammates.
I ultimately want to go to a college in which I can play soccer at and study my major in. I want to play at the highest level possible and the right level for me. I will continue to work hard and push myself and others to make myself and peers the best possible players that we can be.
