Jared John '17 Recruiting Profile

Hello Coaches,

 My name is Jared John. I am currently entering my senior year at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, FL. I was previously the former varsity goalkeeper at American Heritage High School in Plantation, FL. (during my 9th &10th  grade) earning 2nd team all county honors my sophomore year.  I currently play in the USSDA for Boca United u16 academy in Boca Raton, FL. I am a very talented goalkeeper who has an incredible passion, respect and intelligence to read the game well.  I'm looking for an optimal fit in both furthering my educational pursuits in the health sciences while furthering my athletic potential on the pitch which I haven't reached yet.

I would love to explore an institution of higher learning and program of academic repute while enhancing my soccer career in this next phase of my life and career.

Soccer has been somewhat of a safe haven for me. While many voices scream loudly in quelling one's potential, I'm looking to find the coach and program that sees a potential talent to build with that's instrumental to their long term success.  Soccer is a longstanding passion and is something I'm committed to putting in the hard work to progress. I've been fortunate to be in some good development environments and play in some prominent youth tournaments growing up: several Disney Showcases, Dallas Cup, an international tournament in Italy, Florida State Cup finals, etc. while progressing onto high school and academy ranks.  The pitch is a place of peace and respite where I can be myself and am eager to find the optimal fit for the next phase of my athletic and academic endeavors.
