We do this by offering 6 active six active days per week, and focusing their work around a bespoke individual player programme to track their progress. Two of these branches, Cedar Stars Academy – Bergen County, NJ (Boys U12 – U17) and Cedar Stars Academy – Monmouth County, NJ (Boys U12-U19/ Girls U13-U19) are official member clubs of the United States Soccer Development Academy Program, which is recognized around the U.S. as one of the top platforms for player development and competition. In addition, Cedar Stars Academy – Ghana completed its inaugural season in 2017 as the club’s first international youth program.   • In the past 4 Years, the Jefferson Cup turns down an average of over 500 teams per year. In 2018, the Jefferson Cup Boys Showcase Weekend was ranked the #5 overall youth tournament and the #7 boys in the United States. The Jefferson Cup Boys Tournament Weekend was ranked the #2 overall youth tournament and the #3 boys in the United States. In 2018, the Jefferson Cup Girls Showcase Weekend was ranked the #3 overall youth tournament and the #2 girls youth tournament in the United States. The Jefferson Cup Girls Tournament Weekend was ranked the #1 overall youth tournament and the #1 girls youth tournament in the United States. In 2018 the Jefferson Cup weekends hold the #1, #2, #3 & #5 overall ranking in the country for all four weekends. In 2009 and again in 2018 the Jefferson Cup reached its highest ranking ever being ranked the #1 youth tournament for boys and girls in the United States. Each year the tournament draws an average of over 150 State Cup Champions, over 10 Regional Champions and over 5 National Champions per year throughout the nine age groups. In 2018, 271 Boys College Coaches and 430 Girls College Coaches, attended the Jefferson Cup, achieving record numbers for the 7th year in a row for both boys and girls weekends. The main sponsors of the Jefferson Cup are Markel Corporation, NIKE, Richmond SportsBackers, Richmond Metropolitan Convention and Visitors Bureau, and the Richmond Strikers Soccer Club. The Jefferson Cup has become associated with tournaments such as the Dallas Cup, The San Diego Surf Cup, WAGS Women’s Tournament, and the Disney College Showcase as one of the five premier North American tournaments in the country.
