Since a kid I grew a deep passion and love for the sport. Playing soccer helped grow and shape who I am today. I learned so much through soccer, valuable lessons that I still used to this day. We each define our own vision of “success” in life, and for me that vision has always included balancing the work and joy of student athletics. In practice I developed a habit to always be competitive and focus to train every practice as game like situations. The days I get lazy or even when I don’t work hard enough I give my opponent that opportunity to out work me, and it’s that same reason why I continue to push my self harder everyday.
