I love this beautiful game which I have played from age 3. I have spent many hours watching the artistry of Messi and his Barca team carving defenses apart; mesmerizing. When it's my turn, I am a rabid 6 feet, 155 pounds defender. I have played center back for my club team for the past two years, and right back in high school. My speed and unrelenting work ethic are my best attributes as a defender. For club soccer, my greatest accomplishment so far was being selected to play on our Global Premier Soccer ("GPS") national team representing USA in the Milk Cup of Northern Ireland in the summer of 2016. In high school, we made it to regionals with hopes to better that this season.
I plan to continue playing soccer at the collegiate level. My ideal collegiate experience would be a college with a population of less than 10,000 students, with a strong academic reputation particularly in computer science and engineering and a rich soccer tradition.
I believe my strong defensive skills, work ethic and passion for the game would be an asset for the right team. I look forward to continuing the camaraderie of being a part of a team. The mental and physical preparation, discipline and hard fought battles I have been through with my teams have been instrumental in shaping me into who I am. I look forward to continued play during my college career.
