    A detail in life that has influenced me, is not letting emotions get the best of you. For example, my high school team got at least one yellow card a game for talking to the ref. As a result, we had 2 of our 6 seniors not play on senior night. So, I have learned to keep my mouth shut towards the referee and just play.

    I first got into soccer when I was 3. I wanted to play with my friends in pre-school and have fun. I have learned while playing soccer is that I don’t let emotions get the best of me and possibly ruin a game for me. In high school, I would like to finish with at least a 3.6 GPA. I haven’t thought a lot about my college goal, but I was thinking about working in the sports marketing field; whether it is a scout, reporter, etc. I have overcome some injuries that have put me out for up to half of a season, but when I came back from the injuries, I made sure that the performance that I put out was one that satisfied me and helped the team the most. I think of myself as a person who is very hard to anger and who does what is told. I also consider myself a proactive keeper other than a reactive keeper. Communication is one of my strong attributes, and moving my defenders into the best possible position makes the whole team's job a lot easier when it comes to the defensive side of the game.
