Personal Statement
To begin with how I started playing soccer, it seems that that's all I can remember growing up. I have always played and watched this sport. My main influence was first from family like my father, Alejandro, and uncle Ramon, who was asked to play on the Monterrey Professional team in Mexico. One player I look up to is Philipp Lahm because of how smart and influential he is to his team.
My main priority is to play at the highest level of competitive soccer at the college level. Pharmacology is my preferred major but I'm also interested in business. I'm very self-efficent with completeing my school responsibilities and only work in getting the best grade possible.
I'm self-motivated on and off the pitch. All year around I am constantly training with my high school team or EIFC club team during the fall and spring seasons but also play in two indoor winter leagues, one with my club soccer and the other is with my high school team, and in the summer I start training with my high school team. I am constantly in my free time getting touches on the ball. I train hard in the gym and on the field as many as 6 days a week and sometimes even all 7 days. I also get in a lot of running for most of the week.
