Alester Dawson '22 Recruiting Profile

Being one of three sophomores selected to join the varsity team, injuring my ankle during the first practice was a battle. Not coming back until halfway through the season, it was a difficult challenge earning my spot in the varsity rotation. However, I implemented myself into the rotation and earned a starting spot the following season. This experience taught me valuable lessons that will help me flourish at any level. Now, as a Junior, I have used this experience's valuable lessons to lead my team and I am prepared to flourish at the college level. 

I started playing soccer at the age of six and have been a multisport athlete my whole life. For the past three years, I have been playing for a four-time state championship program. I am ready to bring this winning mentality to the next level. I’m searching for a program that not only has a great soccer program, but also great academics. Along with my talent, I will bring coachability, leadership, and respect to your program.
