John Fitzsimmons '18 Recruiting Profile

I am John Fitzsimmons, I am 5'7" 115 pounds. I am in 8th grade at The Bromfield School Harvard, Massachusetts. I am a very competitive yet sportsmanlike person ever since i was little. Whenever I need help in any situation i always remember "adversity causes some men to break; others to break records"- William Arthur Ward. I persist through everything i try and it might not work out but that's just one step closer to success.

I play other sports as well like baseball, snowboarding and basketball and it always seems to be a huge competition. I love a great competition and a hard day playing soccer. I have been playing ever since I can remember. I stay calm under pressure because I know it will all be fine. 

What I like about the game is that you always have something to do, you're always preoccupied with something that is critical for your team like creating space for the man with the ball or faking a player on the opposing team out so your team can score. I also like the strategy that goes into the game. almost everything has a strategy and soccer is no exception.
