My name is Ben Chatfield. I'm 5'11" and weigh 145lbs. I attend Riverview Community High School and I am starting right defender. I am also alternately utilized as a forward for my speed. My high school team has won league championships the last two years and took district championships in 2010 and 2012. I was given all district and all conference awards for my senior season (2013) and honorable mention for all conference in 2012. My club team is Taylor Soccer League (TSL) Attack ’96 Premier. I play in any defender position, forward and even as back-up goal tender depending on where the team needs me. Last year, 2013, we were Classic Division Champions. I am an all-around athlete and am one of the fastest guys on my high school and club teams. I am looking for a college where I can hopefully be a starter or part time starter by my sophomore year. I would like to attend either a division I or II school preferably in the Pacific northwest where we just moved or the mid-west region. I would like to major in international studies with Spanish or environmental studies. I can offer your team leadership, a team player and something every team needs, speed.
