Austin Heil '15 Recruiting Profile

My goal in college is to excel in both academics and athletics. What makes me a good candidate for your team is that I am a hard worker and will always listen to direction. I take advice when I need it, but I also take charge and lead. I am a two sport captain going into my senior year in high school in both soccer and track, which shows my dedication to the sport and my team, but also my leadership. What sets me apart from others is that I believe in order to succeed you need to be dedicated and excel not only on the field, but also in the classroom and in your personal life. My education is very important to me and I always strive to do my best in the classroom. The relationships held off the field are also very important as the choices you make can change your performance on the field, which is why I do not make choices that will harm my health or eligibility to play.
