I’m currently a Senior and my goal is to be a student-athlete in college. Soccer has been a big part of my life and I want to continue to play the game I love in college. My club team, PSA Monmouth National 05, competes in the Elite64 we won the National Championship Series NJ State Cup 2022.
I have been playing soccer before I even knew soccer was a sport. I have seen home videos of myself kicking the ball around my house as young as 3 years old. At the age of 4, I was playing soccer, baseball, and basketball for my town travel teams but soccer was by far my favorite sport. At the age of 7, I committed to playing only soccer year-round and joined my first club travel team. At the age of 10, I joined Match Fit Academy and played up on the U11 team. I improved my techniques by participating in Red Bulls Academy training camps and Soccer Sense Development under the leadership of Coach Richard Williams for 6 years. At the age of 14 my personal juggling record was 3,300 touches.
Over the years, coaches tell me “I’m a student of the game”, as a center midfielder with strong technical skills, I make quick decisions, have excellent vision and I am an accurate passer focusing on advancing the ball forward and creating scoring opportunities. I aspire to play at the collegiate level, and I strongly believe that my mental strength, attitude and strong will to compete and win will help push me forward throughout high school, college, and life itself. Academics are also very important to me. I have been on the honor roll throughout my academic years and currently hold a 3.8 GPA. I am looking for a university with a strong soccer program and a strong academic reputation.
