Personal Statement
My name is Ben Lovern. I am currently 18 yrs old, 5'10'', 165 lbs and a freshman at New England College in NH. #32 on the Men's Soccer Team at NEC. My goal is to continue on playing soccer at a collegiate level, preferably with a Christian affiliation. I am a hard-working, highly-focused and dedicated individual who is committed to giving 100% at what I do. I believe in being a leader and setting a positive and strong example in all you do, athletically, academically and in character. In soccer - I am a creative, quick midfielder who has the vision on the field to be able to see the defensive holes and get through them - fast. I have an extremely powerful left-footed shot and my placement passes are most always spot on. I can get the ball to where it needs to be. I know how to connect my passes and have developed a nice touch. I am not afraid to attack the ball, hard to knock off it and can shoot long distances.
