November 2016Personal Statement
I have been voted by my soccer team to be Captain for all 4 years of my high school soccer career. I believe in leading by example with hard work in both practice and games. I take pride in being a mentor to the underclassmen to help build a bigger and better program for Legacy High School.
My faith is a big part of my life. I am active in Fellowship of Christian Athletes. I am a confirmed member of the First Presbyterian Church in Bismarck. I participate in the PresbyTeens youth group which gives back to the community through charity works. I also help teach Sunday School and Bible School each year.
Academically, I push myself by taking advanced classes and strive to maintain a grade point average near 4.0.
I know that I'm not always going to be the smartest person or best athlete, but I will push myself to continually improve and do what is best for my team.
