- Monday: chest and biceps. Wednesday: back, triceps, and shoulders. Friday: Legs. I do core every other day. I typically use my school's training room to do my strength training.
- Endurance

- I run two miles on a treadmill before doing my strength training on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. I try my best to do a solid run, 5 miles or more, on the weekend, but it's difficult to always do this because of school work.

- I use an agility ladder and cones to train my agility and lateral movement. I also use the parachute that my school owns as resistance for sprints.
