Trevor Dykstra So...Personal Statement
My main goal consists of playing collegiate level soccer, preferably division one, while receiving a good education. I am a good fit for college level soccer because I have been recognized as defensive player of the year for the past two years alongside being on first team all-star for those two years. I have also been recognized as the third team all-western New York goalkeeper and a Post-Journal player of the year. I have also been playing varsity for four years. I am different from other recruits because alongside soccer, I am active in my community by helping out at soup kitchens and I have gone missions trips to various locations such as Haiti. I play other sports, such as hockey and tennis. I have received the scholar athlete award multiple times. I have been captain on my varsity soccer team for three years due to my leadership abilities.
