I am a 6'1" mid fielder from New York City, NY. and will graduate from The Beacon High School in the 2014 class. I have two years of Pre-Academy experience at F.C. Westchester and three years Varsity experience at The Beacon High School were I am a starter. In my freshman year, my team won the PSAL Championships for the New York City five boroughs. Currently, I play for Manhattan soccer club's Paris St. Germain NY U16 team. This is a national league team and will be participating in National showcases throughout the year. We are currently the Region One Champions.
I am not concerned about the size of school and am interested in all locations within the U.S. However, it is very important to me that the college has a strong community spirit. I would like to attend a university that has a good balance between academics, with an emphasis on a strong Biology department as this is my main field of study that I wish to pursue and competitive athletics. It is important that the school have an outstanding academic reputation, coupled with a strong divisional ( level 1-3) level sport program. I would like to go to a school where I can play college soccer and make an immediate impact on the team. I believe my best fit would be at the DI or DIII level.
I am a hard worker and set personal expectations for myself each year. I would expect no less in my next level of school and sport training, and look forward to the challenges and rewards that lie ahead for me.
