My goals for the year were to make first team all conference as well as help my team finish the year with a winning record. I finished my year with 16 goals and 3 assists, as well as making first team OCC and third team all district. I was also nominated to play in the all-star game. It was a fun, competitive game. I ran into some guys that we played against during the regular season, and our team won 2-1. I am a versatile player that is willing to play any position and do anything for the team.
My high school team did end up with a winning record, finishing 9-8-1. Despite losing many seniors including our goalie in the previous offseason, we became the first team in our program to win a playoff game in over six years. Our final game was a loss against the amazing Worthington Kilbourne team, who at the time was ranked top five in the state. We loss to them earlier in the season, but I ended up scoring our only goal on them at the end of the game.
I am currently playing basketball full time for the varsity team for MVHS.
I am also committed to staying focused on my classes and increasing my ACT score. My current cumulative GPA is a 4.05. My senior year is going well. I have taken all college classes my junior and senior years and will graduate with an associates degree in Business Management before I even graduate high school.
