I have been playing soccer since I was three years old. Since I first stepped on the field, I have aspired to play at the collegiate level and beyond. I know that playing in college is a once in a lifetime opportunity that could change my life.
I have excellent ball handling skills and strong legs. I am a team leader and try to lead by example while also encouraging my teammates. I am very coachable and strive to be one of the hardest working players and one of the hardest working recruits you’ll find.
I will say I am not a highlight reel. I tend to do the little things in the game to help my team maintain possession of the ball and give us the best opportunity to score. I read the field and understand the game of soccer so well that my coach is comfortable playing me at all field positions, although I play midfield most of the time due to my ability to distribute the ball well.
In the classroom, I study hard and maintain a high GPA. I have also volunteered at our local TOP soccer program.
I want to attend a college where I can push myself in the classroom and on the field. I am open to all options and want to ultimately find the right college match at the highest level of competition possible. I hope to become a great role model to all my peers and make my parents proud.
