Kyle McGowan '22 Recruiting Profile

I have played soccer since I can remember. I’ve always dreamt about playing at the collegiate level. 

I see myself as a very technical player, as my touch is good with both of my feet. I have a good understanding of the game because I constantly watch and learn from games on TV. My ability to see passes that other players may not see, separates me from others. My skill set allows me to get out of tight spaces and keep possession for my team. 

Off the field, I am a good student and I work hard to achieve good grades. I volunteer many hours as part of my school’s service project commitment. 

I would love to be part of a college that plays a possession based type of soccer. I strive to play against quality opposition. I am open to all options and consider myself very coachable and a positive influence to the team. I hope to learn a lot from an experience like this and more than anything, to become the best player I can be.
